Caregiver (HHA​/PCA) - Drivers Required

Alvita Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) in the Southampton Area and surrounding Suffolk County communities. We are looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers, with home care and/or facility experience preferred.

DETAILS

• Day and night shifts available (8 12 hours)

• Weekday and weekend schedules available

• Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check

• Up to $27/hr

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) required

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered

• Must maintain professionalism in all written and verbal communications

• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain them

• Prior home care experience strongly preferred

• Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form

• Must successfully complete the Alvita Care onboarding process before accepting cases

* Subject to one year of employment and 1,560 hours worked (average of 30 hours/week).

As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated caregivers for both private-duty one-on-one care and facility-based care. All applicants will complete a phone screening to determine compatibility and availability. Please note that cases are only available to caregivers who successfully complete the Alvita Care onboarding process.
