We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our Patient Service Center team. In this role, you’ll be the first face our patients see — and your calm, professional approach makes all the difference. You’ll perform routine and specialized blood draws, ensure sample integrity from collection through delivery, and help maintain the safe, welcoming environment that defines our standard of care.

This is a salaried, full-time position at $24.00/hour offering stability and a consistent schedule (Monday–Saturday) at our PSC center. If you take pride in your clinical skills and genuinely enjoy connecting with patients, we’d love to meet you.

• Perform routine venipuncture and capillary blood draws on patients of all ages
• Label, store, and transport specimens to ensure chain-of-custody and sample integrity
• Distribute samples to designated departments and laboratory areas in a timely manner
• Monitor and manage supply inventory; reorder as needed to prevent disruptions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and infection‑controlled work environment at all times
• Strictly follow all laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
• Provide compassionate support and assistance to patients experiencing adverse reactions
• Accurately document patient information and collection data in medical software systems

Required

• Phlebotomy certification (CPT) or equivalent licensure preferred; relevant clinical experience considered
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience in phlebotomy, nursing, or a related clinical field
• Comfortable working with patients of all ages and health backgrounds
• Solid understanding of laboratory safety standards and HIPAA compliance
• Proficiency with medical software, electronic health records, and lab equipment
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken) — required to effectively serve our patient population

• Experience in a high‑volume PSC or outpatient clinical setting
• Exceptional patient rapport and communication skills — especially with anxious or pediatric patients
• Strong organizational habits and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
