Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Job Summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our home health team. In this role, you will provide individualized therapeutic massage services to patients in their homes, helping improve comfort, mobility, relaxation, and overall well-being while enjoying a flexible schedule and the support of a collaborative clinical team.

• Provide therapeutic massage treatments based on each patient's needs and plan of care.

• Assess patients' physical condition and determine appropriate massage techniques.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment.

• Communicate clearly with office staff, patients, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and patient progress.

• Maintain professional, ethical, and safety standards during all patient visits.

• Active New York State Massage Therapy License (Required)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in a home health setting.

• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.

• Reliable transportation to travel between patient visits.

• Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem

• Locations:

  • Bronx, NY 10453

  • Brooklyn, NY (11238, 11226, and surrounding areas)

• Compensation: $45–$65 per hour

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling available. Choose your own hours with day and evening shifts available Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
