The Role:

As an Assistant Residential Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities while assisting in the day‑to‑day operations of a residential program. You will work closely with individuals and staff members, helping to ensure quality care and support services are provided, fostering independence, promoting well‑being, and encouraging community inclusion. In this role, you will also assist with staff supervision, scheduling, program operations, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for both residents and team members.

This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships, provide leadership support, and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver’s License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway’s Transportation Orientation and one year of DSP experience. New hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate.

Shift

Available
  • Wed: 2p-10p, Thurs & Sat: 8a-4p, Fri: 8a-8p (40 hours)
  • OFF:
    Sun, Mon, Tues-
  • MUST be comfortable and have flexibility in schedule with 24/7 on‑call rotation.
