Manage daily referral work queues in Epic for Metabolic and Clinical Genetics Services;
Review and follow up on referrals to support timely scheduling;
Provide administrative support to geneticists, genetic counselors, nurse practitioners, and dietitians;
Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and referring providers;
Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic electronic medical record
