Mount Sinai - 1111 Amsterdam Avenue - Responsibilities:
Assist nursing staff in performing selected nursing procedures, treatments, and functional tasks including vital signs (Temperature, Pulse, Respirations, Blood Pressure, Pain Rating).;
Perform activities of daily living, ambulation, mobility, and personal hygiene tasks for patients.;
Observe, report, and record routine and specific patient data and responses to treatment in EMR.;
Ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and others; assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.;
Provide support to families/significant others and assist with transports and supplies as needed.
