Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate, experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team for weekend shifts
. We have immediate openings for weekend assignments in Jericho and throughout Nassau County.

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Provide medication reminders as directed
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Active New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification (required)
- Minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience (private care experience accepted)
- Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation strongly preferred
- Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
- MMR immunization documentation
