We are actively hiring a reliable, compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support a clients throughout the Hudson Valley area. The ideal candidate is comfortable providing hands-on personal care and assisting a client with their daily activities.

We are actively hiring a Personal Care Aide for an Overnight position in Pine Bush, NY. Seeking multiple Personal Care Aides to cover overnights for 7 days/week.

Hours:

8pm-8am.

• Personal Care Support
  • Assist with showering
    , dressing
    , and grooming
  • Provide safe wheelchair transfers and mobility assistance
• Home Support
  • Light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, dishes, etc.)
  • Meal preparation and kitchen clean-up
• Errands & Transportation
  • Drive the client to grocery shop
    , appointments, and local errands
  • Assist with carrying groceries and organizing items at home
• Companionship
  • Offer friendly conversation and emotional support
  • Help maintain a positive, safe, and comfortable environment

• NYS Certified PCA/HHA, experience preferred
• Comfortable assisting a client who uses a wheelchair
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Dependable, patient, and respectful of client privacy
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness and respect
• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job

• Consistent weekly schedule
• Flexible Scheduling with a 4 hour minimum
• Supportive care team
