Full Time Medical Receptionist Floater

We are seeking a self‑motivated, people‑friendly full‑time Medical Receptionist Floater for our Long Island office locations (Hauppauge, Port Jefferson, East Patchogue, Lake Success, Garden City, and Babylon). Coverage may include other regions if necessary.

• Schedule patient appointments.
• Assist incoming patients.
• Verify insurance coverage.
• Enter patient demographics into the computer.
• Pull and file medical charts.
• Assist the office manager and physicians as needed.
• Serve as the face of our practice for patients.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in the medical field.
• Knowledge of medical insurance (preferred).
• Proficiency with Next Gen (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: occasional (schedule may change depending on office needs)

• Hourly rate: $21 per hour.
