CNA - Long Term Care/SNF

Join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 4-week assignment working 8-hour night shifts. The CNA will provide direct resident care and support nursing staff in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care within a long-term care environment. This role requires prior LTC experience, strong patient care skills, and the ability to work effectively with residents who require ongoing assistance with daily living activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience required
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
• Active CNA certification/license required and must be on file at submission
• AHA BLS Certification required
• Must work every other weekend
• No call requirements
• 7-year background check completed within 18 months of start date required
• FACIS Level 3 and New York State background check completed within 30 days of start required
• Complete work history including bed count, EMR, and facility type required
• All employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained
• Reliable transportation required
• No block scheduling permitted
