NYU Langone Health is seeking a Medical Physicist to join our Radiation Safety team. The mid-level physicist works independently under the Director of Radiation Safety to ensure proper quality, quantity, and placement of radiation during radiological procedures, protecting patients and staff.
Responsibilities include QA testing of SPECT/SPECT-CT and PET/PET-CT systems, dose calculations, and radionuclide calibration oversight.
