Urban Health Plan in the Bronx is seeking a full-time LCSW (Bilingual English/Spanish) to join the Behavioral Health Division at El Nuevo San Juan Community Health Center. The clinician will provide bio-psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and individual therapy for children and adults, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
Initially onsite, with a potential shift to hybrid remote days after 3–6 months for established patients.
