To escort patients to and from appointments in a safe and timely manner;
Accompany patient on trips to/from scheduled appointments and remain with the patient at all times;
Ensure any documentation/appointment information is provided to the facility's nursing supervisors;

Must be able to communicate well with the patient to assure a positive experience
