Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens is seeking an OMH-Resident Wellness Coordinator to provide rehabilitation and recovery services to residents in NYSOMH-funded housing programs in Brooklyn and Queens.
The role focuses on counseling, advocacy and case management, ensuring respect and dignity for residents while implementing Part 595 guidelines and NYSOMH regulations. Travel across the five boroughs is required as needed.
