Physician Assistant - Radiology (Cardiac)

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physician Assistant - Radiology (Cardiac) to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. Jacobi Medical Center is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and North Central Bronx Hospital (NCB) has 213 licensed beds. To this day, Jacobi and NCB remain respected leaders in emergency medicine, trauma surgery, burn care, pediatrics, primary care, and women’s health.

• Provides radiology services within scope under the supervision of an A
  -certified radiologist.
• Conducts pre-testing chart review, health history, and physical assessments.
• Documents assessment, treatment, and follow-up care in the patient record.
• Ensures continuity of care by serving as a liaison between patient and other members of the multi-disciplinary care team or with other specialty areas, as necessary.
• Participates in quality assurance programs and chart reviews through the review of records and treatment plans.
