Metro Plus Health is seeking a Risk Adjustment Medical Record Retrieval Specialist in New York to lead efforts in retrieving medical records for our risk adjustment program. You will build and maintain contacts with medical facilities and retrieval vendors to ensure accurate, timely access to records across EHR systems, remote drop-boxes, and digital fax.
You will organize records digitally, triage issues with facilities, and create plans for retrieval projects.
