Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Bronx, New York. This role focuses on mobility, independence, and quality of life for short-term rehab and long-term care patients.
You will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, and collaborate with nursing, OT, SLP, and rehab leadership. New grads are welcome with mentorship available; 40 hours weekly, 8-hour shifts, days.
