Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Social Worker to work at a facility in Coxsackie, NY. Pay Rate: $45 / hour
Shift details:
- 7:30am - 4pm Mon-Fri
- Approx 40 hours/week (M-F, no weekends)
General duties:
Would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans) According to policy and Procedure.
Qualification:
Must be a Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
