32BJ Benefit Funds is seeking a Health Fund Social Worker to advise on Fund benefits, provide counseling, and connect members and families with community resources. The role reports to the Health Fund Senior Manager, Social Work and supports the Health Fund’s health services unit.
The position requires a Master’s in Social Work and NY licensure, with at least 2 years of counseling experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to assist a diverse membership.
