DescriptionOhel is seeking a dynamic, compassionate and organized
Mobile Outreach Team (MOT) Supervisor
to lead a dedicated team providing confidential, in-home mental health assessments, short-term case management, and crisis intervention to individuals and families. This is an opportunity to lead staff, support families during mental health crises, and strengthen connections to ongoing care and community resources.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinical staff
- Oversee EHR documentation, service deliverables, and team communications
- Lead weekly team meetings and coordinate ongoing staff training
- Review and update policies and procedures
- Build strong partnerships with hospitals, EMS, schools, community organizations, clergy, and healthcare providers
- Provide direct clinical services, including assessments and crisis intervention
- Coordinate visits and connect individuals and families with appropriate ongoing services
- Develop treatment and discharge plans that promote stability and continuity of care
- LCSW, PhD, or PsyD required
- Prior supervisory and crisis intervention experience
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and effective in high-pressure situations
- Valid NY or NJ driver’s license required, own car preferred

This full time position isbased in Brooklyn.
Salary $80,000 -$85,000
Qualifications Education RequiredMasters or better.
PreferredPhD or better.
