Atrinity Home Health, part of LHC Group and within the Optum family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, ADLs, fine motor skills, home assessments and adaptive equipment.
You will work with a care team, documenting CMS-relevant data, developing plans of care, and delivering therapy in patients' homes. Compensation includes per-visit point pay and hourly rate, with a comprehensive benefits package.
