Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in The Bronx, New York.

About the Role:
As an RBT at Strides ABA, you will work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized behavioral interventions for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services in a clinic or home-based setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children, ages 2-12, diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Implement individualized behavioral treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to continually improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (or completion of RBT training program)
  • Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • 1+ year of experience working with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
