Direct Support Professional – Support an Active Young Man Location – Baldwinsville Indera formerly known as ARISE/EFR is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support a young man who loves fitness and living an active lifestyle. He enjoys spending time at the gym, using exercise equipment, and working toward his fitness goals.

Responsibilities Participate in activities alongside him Assist with developing independent living skills

Encourage communication and help build social skills

Create a positive, motivating, and engaging environment that helps him reach his personal goals

Hours Available:
Monday – Friday, 3pm – 5pmPay Rate: $22 / hour Background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.

Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license

Effective communication and organizational skills required

Reliable transportation

Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred

Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by Indera’s technology policy.

Must have a valid drivers license

Effective communication and organizational skills required.

Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.

Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
