Location: New York
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a 6-year-old client in Ridgewood, Queens.
Case Details:- Location:
Ridgewood, NY 11385 - Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Setting:
In-home - Client: 6-year-old boy
- Communication:
Vocal - Level: Level 2
- Needs:
Mild communication deficits, moderate social challenges, restricted/repetitive behaviors, and maladaptive behaviors (including tantrums)
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Support skill development in communication, socialization, and behavior regulation
- Accurately collect and record session data
- Experience working with children (ABA experience preferred)
- RBT certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, patient, and motivated
- Competitive hourly rates based on experience
- Supportive BCBA supervision and ongoing training
- Consistent, part-time schedule
