Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) has proudly supported children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families for over a decade. We provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy that helps children build communication, adaptability, resilience, and independence.

• Competitive hourly pay: $22–$32/hour (based on qualifications & credentials)

• Flexible part-time schedules
  : afternoons, evenings, and some weekends

• Work directly with and receive supervision from experienced BCBAs

As a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist), you’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and school settings. Guided by a BCBA, you’ll support progress in communication, behavior management, and daily living skills while documenting measurable improvements.

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism

• Build rapport and engage students in structured, goal-focused activities

• Implement ABA strategies (prompting, modeling, reinforcement, redirection, DTT)

• Collect accurate session data and maintain progress notes

• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and coworkers

• Follow professional feedback and guidance from your BCBA supervisor

• Education in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology

• Preferred:
  Active RBT certification (not required — training provided)

• Experience working with children (autism/developmental needs preferred)

• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability

• Compassionate and adaptable under different situations

• 6 y/o Male – Any 3 afternoons (Mon–Fri, 3:30–6:00 PM) + Sat 10:00 AM–12:30 PM

• 5 y/o Male – Mon–Fri, 3:30–6:30 PM or 4:00–7:00 PM

• 6 y/o Male (Briarwood, 11435) – Mon–Fri, 3:30–7:30 PM or 3:45–7:30 PM + Sat/Sun, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (flexible)

• 14 y/o Female – Mon–Fri, 6:00–8:00 PM (Jamaica 11433)

• 5 y/o Male – Mon–Fri, 3:00–6:00 PM + Weekends, 11:00 AM–2:00 PM

• 6 y/o Male – Thu 2:45–5:45 PM + Sat/Sun 10:00–11:00 AM
