Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc New York) is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dependable people to join our team as Community Habilitation Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). In this rewarding role, you'll work one-on-one with people we support, helping them build confidence, gain independence, and achieve their personal goals while actively participating in their communities.

Every day is different. You might help someone learn how to cook a favorite meal, manage their budget, navigate appointments, develop household skills, or build meaningful relationships. You'll also support people in exploring their interests and enjoying community experiences such as local events, museums, parks, theaters, shopping trips, and recreational activities.

Schedule:

Tuesday
- Saturday, between hours 11am - 6pm, or 12pm - 7pm35 Hours per Week Hours are flexible for mornings and evenings

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Qualifications:

A Valid Driver's License is required.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Minimally, one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or a related field is required.
