At Alpha & Omega Kids, BCBAs are supported, heard, and set up to do their best work. You’ll have strong clinical and administrative backing, clear expectations, and the ability to focus on quality care, not constant firefighting.
We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time BCBAs across New York City.
Compensation- Full-Time: $95,000 – $120,000/year + bonus potential
- Part-Time: $90 – $100/hour
- Flexible scheduling, 75% in person 25% virtual.

- Must be willing to travel to client homes
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts
- Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on data
- Provide parent training and collaborate with families
- Maintain strong clinical quality and compliance standards
- Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing
- Licensed or eligible in New York
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Monday–Friday (flexible)
- Weekend availability optional
- Full-Time and Part-Time available
