DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL Looking for meaningful part-time work where you can truly make a difference? Join Greystone Programs as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives.
What You’ll DoAs a DSP, you will provide hands-on support while building meaningful relationships with the people you support. Responsibilities may include:
Teaching daily living and independence skills
Assisting with healthcare and medication administration
Preparing meals and maintaining a comfortable home environment
Providing transportation using agency vehicles
Encouraging communication, recreation, and community involvement
Supporting individuals in achieving personal goals and living their fullest lives
