Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Golden Care Therapy NY. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with Autism in our New York office. About the Role:

As a BCBA at Golden Care Therapy NY, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism

  • Conducting assessments, analyzing data, and reporting on client progress

  • Providing behavioral consultations and training to families and caregivers

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, supervisors, and parents to achieve treatment goals

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client treatment and progress

  • Staying current with best practices in ABA Therapy and integrating new techniques and strategies into treatment plans

Requirements:
  • Board Certification:
    American Board of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Education:

    Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

  • Experience:

    Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy or related field
