Little Masters Development Center is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals who want more than just a job—they want to grow, make an impact, and build a career in ABA.

You'll work with toddlers (ages 2-3) in early intervention, providing play-based ABA services in a home-based setting.

Currently, we are looking to provide services for young children in the following Brooklyn zip codes: 11210, 11201, 11222, 11249, 11211, 11216, 11215, 11220, 11236, 11221, 11237, 11219, 11213, 11226

Required Qualifications
  • Birth-Grade 2 Certification or LMSW
  • Passion for working with young children
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
  • Willingness to learn and follow clinical guidance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field
  • Previous ABA experience (not required - we provide comprehensive training)
What You'll Do
  • Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
  • Provide 1:1 therapy sessions
  • Collect and record data accurately
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs
  • Help children build meaningful communication, social, and developmental skills
