Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable

Medical Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about patient care, and eager to contribute to a high-quality healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and prepare patients for exams in a busy medical office
  • Record vital signs and patient history accurately in the EMR system
  • Assist providers with exams, phlebotomy, and clinical procedures
  • Schedule surgeries and manage pre-op documentation
  • Educate patients on post-visit instructions and follow-up care
  • Maintain exam rooms, manage supplies, and ensure cleanliness
  • Provide consistent, compassionate healthcare to a diverse patient population
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and timely documentation
Qualifications
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred
  • 2–3 years of clinical or medical office experience required
  • Experience with phlebotomy and direct patient care
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and medical terminology
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
