Director, Scientific Strategy

BESTMSLs seeks a Director, Scientific Strategy, Medical Affairs to lead evidence-based scientific strategy for biopharma clients. In this role, you will design and oversee medical affairs and communication plans, align scientific narratives with clinical and real-world data, and guide KOL and stakeholder engagement. You will partner closely with MSL leaders to elevate field medical excellence, ensure high-quality, compliant scientific content, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee scientific and medical affairs strategies for biopharma clients.
• Lead evidence-based medical and scientific communication initiatives across channels.
• Partner with MSL leadership to optimize field medical excellence and impact.
• Guide KOL and stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Ensure scientific accuracy, compliance, and quality across deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insights on data generation, dissemination, and publication planning.
• Mentor and develop medical/scientific team members.
• Support business growth through strategic planning and client presentations.
