This full-time role provides around-the-clock crisis response, crisis stabilization, and referrals to appropriate services to prevent decompensation and hospitalizations.
Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Social Work or related field and NYS LMSW/LHMC license. Bilingual abilities are preferred; flexibility for weekends/evenings/holidays is required.
