The role provides direct outpatient mental health services within a fully integrated care framework, delivering intake, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and coordinated referrals. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in social work with NYS LMSW (LCSW preferred), is bilingual in Spanish, and proficient with MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
