Richmond County Ambulance Service is looking for a Full Time Ambulance Operator/MVO/Driver to deliver critical care and transport patients while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Responsibilities- Safely operate an ambulance and respond to emergency calls.
- Assess patient conditions and deliver basic life support.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and readiness of ambulance equipment.
- Accurately complete incident reports and patient care records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and communicate with patients, families, and providers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and compassionate under high‑pressure situations.
- Basic medical knowledge and basic life support skills.
- Proficiency with medical equipment and digital documentation.
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to safety and integrity.
Salary ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, along with medical and dental benefits.
