Downtown Boulder Partnership is seeking an On-Call Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home care in New York, NY. This role offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week and requires flexibility to work 12:00pm–8:00pm plus every other weekend, across Manhattan and two additional boroughs.
You will perform personal care, monitor vital signs, assist with daily activities and medications, maintain client confidentiality, and collaborate with HHA Supervisors to ensure high-quality care.
