Clinical Optimization Specialist – New York City (Field-Based). We  looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Optimization Specialist to join our growing team and help bring an innovative medical technology to the forefront of patient care. This role suits someone with a strong background in critical care and cardiopulmonary health who thrives on disrupting traditional practices and improving clinical outcomes.

• Support new technology implementation across hospitals and clinical sites.
• Provide hands-on training to physicians, nurses, and clinical educators.
• Champion a modern approach to managing critically ill patients.
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored educational programs.
• Act as a clinical resource and advocate for best practices.
• Foster exceptional user experience and adherence through ongoing support.

• 5+ years in critical care, emergency medicine, telemetry, or step-down units.
• RN or PA license required; BSN or higher preferred.
• Strong cardiopulmonary clinical background.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory (2–3 nights/week).
• Technologically savvy, highly autonomous, and goal-oriented.
• Exceptional communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Ideal candidate resides in New York City or surrounding area.
