Amedisys is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join our per diem team in New York. You will assess and treat patients, promote mobility, and plan interventions with periodic reexaminations every 30 days, including discharge planning.
Candidates must hold an active PT license in the state, graduate from a CAPTE-accredited program, have at least one year of home health experience, and CPR certification. Mentoring options are available for newer therapists.
