Home Health Aide (HHA) - Queens, New York

For over three decades, our 360-bed facility has been a leader in delivering comprehensive care to both short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term residents. As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will play a vital role in our team's effort to provide the highest standard of care.
About the Role:As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide personal care and support to our patients and residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients and residents with dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and residents
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
