Job Description:

Requirements:

- NY state RT license in hand

- Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience

- Community hospital experience required

- Epic charting experience required

- ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP certifications required

- Preferred: PALS, RRT

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation, including weaning and troubleshooting high-pressure alarms

- Perform airway management, including extubation, tracheostomy care, and suctioning

- Provide non-invasive respiratory support, including HFNC, BiPAP, and CPAP

- Administer aerosol medication delivery and set up equipment

- Interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) results and perform diagnostics as required

- Stabilize low-volume neonatal patients when needed

- Local candidates will not be considered; candidates must be located outside the specified commuting radius
