Schedule: Full-Time, 5x8s
Hours: Typically 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, may require early start or late end
Position Requirements:High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of Certified Sterile Processing experience required
Certified Sterile Processor (HSPA or CBSPD) required
Previous OR or Med-Surg experience in a healthcare facility required
Travel experience required
Orthopedic tray experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:Reprocess, assemble, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment following sterile technique and manufacturer guidelines
Ensure proper care, handling, and quality assurance of instruments and equipment
Document instrument usage and maintain accurate records
Participate in continuous education and training in sterile processing procedures
Pick, distribute, and monitor inventory of surgical supplies and equipment
Conduct biological and chemical testing to ensure decontamination quality
Support clinical staff with assistive and patient advocacy duties
