I am seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to guide clinical programs within ABA. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of executive-level experience, particularly at the VP level, and possess a Master's degree in ABA. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all clinical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies to enhance clinical service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation and maintain competitive positioning within the ABA field.

• Establish and monitor clinical performance metrics, ensuring exceptional care and client outcomes.
• Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders, including families, community partners, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a VP or equivalent executive-level role within the ABA industry.
• Proven track record of strategic leadership and operational management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory requirements in ABA.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
