Senior Scientist, Cancer Vaccine

• We are seeking senior scientists with a specialty in cancer vaccine-related development and manufacturing,
• Candidates should have extensive work experience in relevant pharmaceutical companies/CROs.

• Work closely with the research team in cancer vaccine development.
• Obtain in-depth knowledge of the cancer vaccine development of interest.
• Supervise, mentor, and cross-train other scientists in the group of cancer vaccine development.
• Troubleshoot and remove issues hindering the successful development of cancer vaccines.
• Present project plans and ongoing progress regularly.

• Ph.D. in biology or pharmacology is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
• At least 2 years of work experience in relevant pharmaceutical companies/CROs.
• Strong project design and management skills, able to independently lead research and development teams.
• Ability to multitask and contribute in a challenging intellectual environment.
