Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Manager of Pharmacotherapy - Brooklyn. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for creating and managing a specialized pharmacotherapy clinical program within an oncology team, troubleshooting pharmacotherapy challenges, and supervising all pharmacotherapy needs in an oncology pharmacy clinical program. The position also involves creating, implementing, and managing a clinical pharmacotherapy program with a focus on participation in a collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM) agreement.
Job Responsibilities- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy.
- New York State Pharmacist licensure with current NYS registration.
- PGY1 pharmacy residency training.
- PGY2 pharmacy residency training.
- Board certification in Oncology pharmacy (BCOP) within 12 months of hire.
- Collaborative Drug Therapy Management certification within 12 months of hire.
- Self‑motivation, good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Required licenses:
Brd Crtfd Oncology Pharmacists, C-Collaborative Drug Thrpy Mgt, Pharmacist License-NYS.
2 or more years of post‑residency oncology clinical pharmacy practice experience after PGY2 completion; experience working in an antimicrobial stewardship program.
SalaryThe salary range for the role is $ – $ annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range does not include bonuses, incentive pay, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
