Location: New York

Board Certified Behavior Analyst – PBS Consulting & Psychological Resources, Long Island (Suffolk & Nassau Counties – NOT REMOTE)

Salary and Employment: $75–90 per hour as a contractor or $91–110 per hour as an independent contractor.
Schedule: Mon‑Fri, 10–25 hours per week, with after‑school hours available.
Employment Type: Full‑time, Part‑time, or Independent Contractor.

Job Overview

As a qualified behavioral health services provider, you will provide quality clinical supports and supervision within the assigned caseload. You must be able to work after school hours.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional analyses to identify variables controlling problem behavior
  • Develop skill acquisition and behavioral support plans to address identified needs
  • Establish appropriate data collection systems to measure and track progress
  • Train staff and providers on the implementation of these plans
  • Review and analyze data routinely to ensure treatment effectiveness
  • Provide parent training and skill building at home and in the community
  • Complete required paperwork (e.g., quarterly reports, written plans) in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field
  • One to two years’ experience as a BCBA
  • Excellent listening, problem‑solving, and written communication skills
  • Ability to convey information clearly and succinctly
  • Fluency in using technology
  • Reliable transportation; able to work day hours (after‑school hours may be required)
  • Fingerprinting as required by NYSED
