Therapy Development Territory Manager -NYC​/NJ

Position Summary

The Therapy Development Manager will lead the implementation of therapy and market development programs for the Paradise™ uRDN System, improving patient access, patient pathways, and reference site development in renal denervation per ultrasound. The role involves engaging the marketing team, therapy specialists, and customers to build awareness and availability of the therapy for patients with uncontrolled hypertension.

• Determine where therapies can provide an adjunctive hypertension management solution.
• Identify and develop key referral networks across multiple provider types.
• Build and enhance relationships through awareness activities, customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, procedural observation, trade show participation, and problem resolution.
• Educate physicians and advanced healthcare professionals on the merits and proper incorporation of the company’s products by giving presentations and demonstrations.
• Work closely with Territory Management and Clinical Site Management to evaluate patient care pathway conditions.
• Develop strategic territory business plans that drive product demand by meeting the needs of key partners and patients.
• Analyze existing referral trends, gain insights into the local healthcare network, and lead virtual or live engagements with customers.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a clinical or sales healthcare/pharmaceutical environment.
• Existing relationships within the geography (PCP, cardiology, nephrology, or other hypertension management offices) or direct knowledge of physicians and clinicians in the therapy market.
• Candidates must reside in New England.

Salary Range: $120,000- $150,000 (Annual Base Salary). Base pay may be modified based on market conditions.

Position located in Denver, Colorado. The role may require up to 50% travel.
