We are accepting applications for firefighters with EMT, AEMT or Paramedic licenses and Firefighter II certification. AEMT license would be required by the end of probation.

• Must be 18 years old and have a valid Driver’s License. CDL preferred but not required.
• Must have passed CPAT certification or comply with NHFSTEMS Rule Part 703 Transfers.
• Must be certified as a Level II Firefighter.
• Must be certified to a minimum of EMT & must obtain AEMT by end of probation.

With support from our community, a new three year contract with the Town was approved from 7/1/2024 through 6/30/2027 which includes the following:

• FF/EMT $22.00 to $29.32 per hour
• FF/AEMT $24.52 to $31.30 per hour
• FF/Medic $26.88 to $34.32 per hour
• Lateral transfers - your experience is valued! You may be eligible for credit for service for wage scale placement upon hire.

• 11 Personnel per Shift
