• Assist unit staff with transfer of residents/patients as necessary.
• Transportsresidents and patients to/from therapy treatment areas.
• Monitorsresidents and patients during exercise routines.
• Assists with set-up/clean-up of treatment areas.
• Assists with the cleaning and distribution of wheelchairs.
• Maintain equipment and make minor repairs.
• Assists with clerical duties (i.e., copying, faxing, filing, answering phones,etc.).
• Keepswork area neat and orderly.
• Maintainsresidents' and patients' safety during transport and while assisting in treatment area.
• Respond swell to instructions and guidance, finds solutions to work related problems, and completes assignments independently, not requiring constantsupervision.
• Attend sand participates in required and MANDATORY in-service educational programs, on the job training programs, etc. as directed and/or scheduled.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Youmust be goal oriented self-motivated.
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
