Currently hiring part‑time and full‑time NYS Certified Physical Therapists for our home and community‑based Early Intervention program.
We offer flexible part‑time or full‑time schedules delivering services to children 0‑3 years old. Ongoing mentoring, professional development and support are provided to all our providers. Additionally, we offer weekly pay periods and referral incentives.
Qualifications & License- NYS Physical Therapy Certificate
- Experience with young students under age 5 (a plus!)
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to children in home or community‑based setting
- Collect data and complete daily session notes to track progress and inform practice
- Provide families with the information, skills, and support related to enhancing the child’s skill development
- Conduct activities to improve cognitive, communication, social‑emotional, fine/gross motor, and adaptive ADL skills
- Collaborate with families and service providers to assist the child in reaching its IFSP goals
- Maintain progress reports and participate in meetings related to the child
