A community-focused healthcare organization in northern New Hampshire, located southeast from Burlington, Vermont, is seeking a Board-Certified Radiologist with supervisory experience to oversee the clinical, operational, and financial performance of its Imaging Department within a Critical Access Hospital setting as Director.
Position Highlights- Lead daily operations of the Radiology Department, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
- Oversee strategic planning, quality improvement, and service line development
- Manage departmental budgets, capital planning, and equipment contracts
- Drive performance through productivity, financial, and quality metrics
- Ensure compliance with CMS, state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Partner with physicians, leadership, and clinical teams to optimize imaging services
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for radiology staff
- Foster a culture of patient-centered care, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Strengthen relationships with providers and community partners
- Support long-term growth and expansion of imaging services
- Board Certified in Radiology required
- ARRT certification required
- Experience in radiology or imaging department leadership required
- 5+ years of radiology experience preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
